Privacy and consent

PRISM uses two categories of cookies and storage.

Strictly necessary (always on)

These keep you signed in, remember your theme (light / dark / system) and language preference, and store your consent decision so the banner doesn't reappear on every page load. There's no opt-out — the app can't work without them, and they don't track you across other sites.

Analytics (off by default)

The Firebase Analytics SDK is loaded only after you click Accept analytics in the cookie banner. It tells us which pages people visit and where the funnel drops off — aggregated, never tied to an identity that lets us look up you. Decline, and we never load it; the product works identically. You can change your mind any time from Cookie preferences in the footer.

What we never use

• Advertising or marketing cookies.
• Cross-site tracking pixels.
• Session replays, heatmaps, or scroll trackers.
• Third-party SDKs you didn't see on the banner.

Data subject rights

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you from account settings; the deletion runs within 30 days and our backups are purged on a separate 90-day cycle. Export of your data is on the roadmap; until it lands, email privacy@prism-careers.com and we'll send you a JSON dump within 30 days.
