What is PRISM?

PRISM is a behavioral-intelligence platform for students and early-career professionals in MENA. The assessment measures 29 dimensions of how you think, what you care about, and what kind of work fits you — across cognitive, behavioral, personality, interest, values, and workplace-judgment layers.

The whole thing takes about 25 minutes. You can pause anywhere and resume on any device — your progress is saved server-side as you go. When you finish, the report opens to you first; no employer sees it unless you explicitly share a link.

• A dominant archetype — one or two words that describe the trait you lead with most strongly.
• A full dimension chart — all 27 measured dimensions on one radar, grouped by paradigm.
• A sorted list from your strongest to softest dimensions, each with a plain-language narrative.
• 5 career matches drawn from 448 degree-requiring MENA-relevant career families, each with a short LLM-written explanation of why the match fits.
• A methodology section citing the paradigm behind every measured dimension.
